Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Hellen Keller, Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln are a few names that are synonymous with the Spirit of Never Giving Up !
As the entire world is grappling with something never heard of ever in history in Coronavirus, Staying away from Anxiety & Being Positive & Hopeful is Crucial NOW More than Ever. Here’s Why :-
- The Human Spirit & Resolve is Undefeatable. We don’t need an outside force to come and inject Positivity into us. It all lies within us. It’s time to bring it out !
- Many of us haven’t seen something like this, This is New for Most of Us. New Experiences Need New Responses.
- We complain of having no time to do things we love. So here we are with all the time we could have asked for & more. Pursue something that you always wanted to / that makes you Happy !
- Learn A New Skill – Learning is an Ongoing process & shouldn’t stop or end at school / college. There is an immense joy in having a Learning Mind & learning something new. No matter how Learned / Educated / Well Placed you may be, there is always something new you can learn.
- Become a New You – Aim to be a different person Pre Lockdown & Post Lockdown. If you are the same person as you were before the Lockdown then it wasn’t time that was lacking, it was Discipline.

Very well written. Anxiety is a major cause of mental fatigue which people face in times like these and shilpi has very rightly put down some pointers which can help you overcome these. Will put this into practise in my daily routine. Hoping to see more such blogs like these in days to come !
A good read. Given the circumstances all of us need to ensure that we don’t get bogged down. Anxiety is one factor that adds to it. Some of the points mentioned by Shilpi reiterate the fact that what we need to do to ensure stay positive.
